Often referred to as Korean sushi, kimbap is a Korean dish consisting of seaweed (kim), seasoned rice (bap), and other, optional ingredients that are usually rolled, sliced, and served. Almost anything can be added to the roll, but the most common ingredients are fishcakes, meat, spinach, eggs, and cucumbers.

Kimbap is a flavorful and visually appealing dish that consists of a sushi roll made with cooked rice seasoned with sesame oil and salt.

The rice is spread on a sheet of roasted seaweed (nori) and topped with a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, protein, and pickled radish. It is then rolled tightly and sliced into bite-sized pieces, resulting in a beautiful spiral pattern.
